During my time at Ticketmaster, I co-led an in-house creative team of writers and designers across B2C, B2B, social, and UX. Driving conceptual and executional work across all channels. we promoted high-profile music tours, sports leagues, and theater productions—and then Covid hit. Collaborating with a team of product designers, UX specialists, senior leadership, and a large legal team, we put together a comprehensive response during “unprecedented times.” Plus, I got free concert tickets.

Over multiple white-boarding sessions with marketing, we overhauled the entire email suite to maximize open and click-through rates while instigating the new Voice and Tone I’d developed (human > evil corporation) alongside our refreshed design look and feel. Given the complexity of the project and the many moving pieces, I took the initiative to ensure both copy and design was accounted for in collaboration with the project manager, ensuring the team was tracking the numerous variables.
